On my recent visit to Angeles City myself and my girlfriend for the day went real estate shopping. From my understanding a foreigner is not able to purchase land in the Philippines. However there are loopholes. I dont fully understand these loopholes but when i do I will most definitely post my findings here.
A realtor from Hausland Development Corp showed me around their Executive Villa subdivision. I was impressed. My only problems with this particular property was the distance from Fields Avenue which was approximately 4 kilometers and the fact that all the homes are yellow and must remain yellow to comply with the subdivision. Regardless, I’m still the infant stages in my interest in property ownership in the Philippines.
